An engineer visits the Epping property, marks camera or device positions, and notes power, cable routes and any listed-building or landlord constraints. You get a written proposal within 48 hours. Certified engineers then install, label and test every device — typically in one or two days for a house, longer for a commercial site — and walk you through the app before they leave.
Hoddesdon is our home patch, so Epping (CM16) is a normal travel job, not a long-distance add-on. Nationwide commercial work is still available when a group has other sites further out.
Cat6 covers most 1 Gb desks. We specify Cat6A for 10 Gb uplinks, camera-dense PoE runs, and anything we know will still be in the wall in ten years. The survey decides, not the brochure.
If it tests to spec, yes. If it is unlabelled CCA from a previous fit-out, we replace it. Reusing bad copper is how camera jobs come back six months later.
Yes — armoured or ducted depending on the path. Wireless is the fallback when a trench or a wayleave is not realistic.
