An engineer visits the Ware property, marks camera or device positions, and notes power, cable routes and any listed-building or landlord constraints. You get a written proposal within 48 hours. Certified engineers then install, label and test every device — typically in one or two days for a house, longer for a commercial site — and walk you through the app before they leave.
Hoddesdon is our home patch, so Ware (SG12) is a normal travel job, not a long-distance add-on. Nationwide commercial work is still available when a group has other sites further out.
A surveyed point-to-point link is. Consumer mesh Wi-Fi is not. We only specify wireless where the path, weather rating and bitrate will hold up, and we tell you when cable is the better job.
Foliage eats 5 GHz. If the path is seasonal woodland we either raise the antennas, use a different band, or recommend a buried duct. We do not sell a link we know will drop in July.
Yes. “Wireless” here means the video path, not battery power. Each camera still needs a fused spur or PoE injector at the far end.
